Mentor Application

We match you from our database of over 1,200 youth agencies throughout Southern California with a group home, shelter, institution or other youth facility that is as close as possible to your home or place of work, and that has the type of children that you'd like to mentor. Create Now helps you to come up with a program and simple curriculum if needed, and coordinates a schedule that accommodates yours. We give you training on how to work with the youth, as well as materials that you may require for your arts mentoring program. We also arrange special cultural outings for you with your mentees. Please fill in the information below. Once submitted, we will arrange to meet you to get you started as a mentor.
