Kiran Pendyala works in Theatrical Research at Warner Bros. Discovery and serves as the current Chair of Create Now’s Associate Board. Born in Cleveland and raised across many states, he most recently moved to LA in 2021 to shift his career from Financial Services to Entertainment. In the time since, he has resurfaced his passion for the arts, taking up drumming and screenwriting, and has continued to support various non-profits including Boys & Girls Club, Shelter Partnership, and El Nido. His passion for service developed during his time as an AmeriCorps NCCC member where he worked with FEMA and traveled across the country to provide disaster relief. From there, he joined Associate Boards of Teach For America and Boys & Girls Club before ultimately founding the Associate Board for Create Now. Aside from service and the arts, he also enjoys hiking with his dog, finding new coffee shops, and playing tennis.
