“A spooky and fun Halloween with youth in our community”
With Fall and Halloween coming up, we at Create Now want to give our youth a fun and safe pre-Halloween party. We will be inviting youth ages 1-20 from various agencies to come and celebrate. Every single youth will be able to participate in art-related activities, enjoy a delicious meal, receive gifts but, more importantly, get LOTS of candy in a safe environment.

We are looking for financial support for this event through sponsorships. Funding would cover a range of different items, such as rental, food, parking, activities, planning, decoration, and gifts.
This is also a perfect opportunity for volunteers to come out and connect with both Create Now and our youth. We would potentially serve anywhere between 30-100 youth during this day.
Food will be provided starting at 11:30 / El Patroncito Mexican Cuisine
Youth (30-100 youth in attendance) will be able to choose exactly what they want to do by visiting different areas of the venue. Activities will consist of the following.
Halloween Party Activities
Table 1:
Costume Making: Youth make easy costumes from easy to assemble materials.
Table 2:
Potential Sponsor Table: Activity TBA depending on sponsor/s.
Table 3:
Trick or Treat Bag designing! Kids design their trick or treat bag the way they want it!
Table 4:
Pumpkin Carving: kids will be able to customize their own Halloween mini pumpkin.
Apple Room: We will have a section dedicated to kids playing with ipads. This room will mainly focus on kids who want to use Procreate, however we will have other activities in this room as well such as Garageband.
Movie Room: We will play movies like Nightmare Before Christmas, Halloween Town, etc. while kids relax on bean bag chairs and snack on popcorn.
