Cornelis (Case) Klumper

Cornelis (Case) Klumper is the Chief Compliance Officer for International Medical Corps. Previously, Case established the risk management function at the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, where he served as Chief Risk Officer for four years. Before that, Case established and managed the Internal Audit and Investigations functions at GAVI, the Vaccine Alliance, for three years. The Global Fund and GAVI, both multi-billion dollar organizations based in Geneva, Switzerland, support health programs in the poorest countries of the world. Case also was an external audit and consulting partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG, a vice president at a multi-national company with global responsibility for internal control, including Sarbanes-Oxley section 404 compliance, corporate controller for a large scientific research institute, and CFO of a ladies clothing chain. He has an M.B.A. in Finance from Florida Atlantic University, is a Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional, and was a US and Dutch CPA for a few decades. Case is currently based in Fallbrook, California, where he lives with his artist wife, Anna. In his spare time, Case restores vintage cars. He has been a board member of many non-profit organizations.
