Ross has been consulting with business owners and their families since 1992.  His experience spans a range of disciplines including employee benefits consulting, business and personal insurance planning and healthcare reform compliance.   He provides clients with superior, cost-effective services and products that meet the ever-changing needs of clients, while continuing to strive for the highest professional excellence in the delivery of those services and products.  He tempers his insurance marketing and services while being a committed advocate of wellness, medical tourism and a strong advocate for stability in the healthcare market.  

Ross is a member of the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals where he served as President for the largest local chapter, Los Angeles (LAAHU).  Ross has also additionally served and chaired numerous other committees on both a State and National level receiving numerous accolades.  He served as the National Awards Chair under Don Goldmann’s NAHU presidency.  He is a member of the Soaring Eagles, which are recognized as the upper echelon of elite producers, setting the standard for excellent business practices and what it takes to be the best of the best.  Ross is a 15+ Year Triple Crown recipient and a proud Platinum NABIP PAC contributor.

Ross, philanthropist, is extremely passionate about giving back to the community with both helping and serving many different non-profit organizations.  Just a few that he actively supports are as President of North Hollywood PALS (Police Activity League Supporter), VP of HARK (Healing Arts Reaching Kids), Boys and Girls Club of the West Valley and Boy Scouts.  Ross is also an active VICA member and serves as Vice Chair for VICA. Ross was awarded the VICA Harmon Ballin Community Service Award in 2017.
