Celebrate with Us at the End of Summer Celebration!
Create Now partnered with Councilmember Ysabel Jurado to celebrate the end of summer at Hermon Park in Los Angeles.
The evening was filled with joy, music, food, and creativity as families, artists, and neighbors came together. From hands-on arts and crafts to community resources and delicious bites, the event reminded us why building spaces for joy and connection is at the heart of what we do. The night closed with a spectacular drone show, lighting up the skies and bringing smiles to kids and adults alike.
We are deeply grateful to Councilmember Ysabel Jurado and her amazing team for hosting, and to our incredible community partners — El Sereno Community Arts, Barrio Action, Healing Urban Barrios, Art in the Park, Los Angeles Public Library, Hello Stranger, ERNC, I Highland Park, Hermon Neighborhood Council, North East Trees, Lincoln Heights Neighborhood Council, Hoodlin Mania, and many more — for helping make the celebration truly special.
Moments like these fuel our mission at Create Now: to empower youth through the arts and create pathways where creativity and community thrive.
