Create Now, is thrilled to invite volunteers to join the Create Now Holiday Party – a heartwarming opportunity to contribute to the joy of the season and create lasting memories.
Event Details:
Date: Friday, December 15 and Saturday, December 16
Location: Create Now HQ (Shift 1) and NAVEL (Shifts 2 & 3)
**Shift 1: Gift Wrapping Party and pre-setup**
- Date: Friday, December 15
- Time: 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
- Location: Create Now HQ
- Task: Unite in the spirit of giving by helping wrap holiday gifts, adding a touch of warmth and care to each package that will bring smiles to the faces of deserving children.
**Shift 2: Decorating and Creating Holiday Magic**
- Date: Saturday, December 16
- Time: 8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
- Location: NAVEL
- Task: Embark on a creative journey as you deck the halls, adorn the tree, and transform the event space into a winter wonderland that will capture the imagination of children and families alike.
**Shift 3: Spreading Joy with Santa**
- Date: Saturday, December 16
- Time: 12:30 p.m. – 4 p.m.
- Location: NAVEL
- Task: Embrace the holiday spirit as we join Santa Claus in bringing smiles to young faces by distributing gifts and creating precious memories. After the festivities, help with the breakdown to ensure a smooth conclusion to this heartwarming event.
Dress Code:
Celebrate the season by wearing your favorite holiday sweaters and/or Create Now attire. Closed-toed shoes and appropriate clothing are essential for comfort and safety throughout the event.
